Why we exist
Forums say "just apply." Job boards show you hundreds of listings with no signal. Bootcamps cost thousands and promise outcomes they cannot guarantee. And most people end up piecing together a plan from scattered blog posts written by people whose path looks nothing like theirs.
I built CareerPath because good career guidance should be structured, specific, and available to anyone with an internet connection. Not just people who know the right people, or can afford a coach, or happened to graduate from the right institution.
Every tool on this platform is built around one question: what would actually help someone make a better career decision today?

The internet is full of career advice. We cut through it with structured guidance that is specific, actionable, and grounded in how people actually learn.
Every feature we build has one test: does it save you meaningful time or help you make a better decision? If not, it does not ship.
The core tools are free. Career guidance should not be a privilege reserved for people who can afford a coach or an expensive bootcamp.
AI recommendations are a starting point, not a verdict. We surface our reasoning so you can challenge it and make the call yourself.
I am a machine learning engineer at Revcloud in Lahore, where I build production ML systems that serve fifty to sixty thousand people a day: routing models, prediction pipelines, and increasingly the cloud infrastructure underneath them. A good share of my week now is AWS and Azure: deployment pipelines, containers, monitoring, the plumbing that decides whether a model is a demo or a product. The work I am proudest of is dull to describe: rebuilding the preprocessing and feature engineering behind two prediction models until the gap between forecast and reality fell from seventy per cent to fifteen.
Before that I contracted as a backend engineer at Sensys, building APIs in NestJS and FastAPI and doing the database work underneath them. I hold a B.Sc. in Computer Science specialising in machine learning and AI from COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore campus, where my final year project was a segmentation pipeline for detecting crop lodging in drone imagery.
I have also spent a fair amount of time on the other side of the table. I have run the technical evaluation for around twenty candidates, across automation, AI, backend and web development roles, where the hiring decision followed my assessment. Twenty is a small number by a recruiter's standards and a large one for how much it changes your view. You stop guessing what interviewers want, and you start noticing how often capable people are turned down for reasons nobody ever tells them.
The reason I write this site is narrower than a CV suggests. I graduated in 2025 and had a paying engineering job well before that. I started building web applications at an early-stage startup in my fourth semester. So the walk from "final year, no idea" to "employed and still figuring it out" is not something I read about. I did it recently, in this market, and I remember exactly which parts nobody explained.
That is the whole premise. I am not a career coach with twenty years of hindsight. I am one or two steps further down a road you may be standing at the start of, writing down what the route actually looked like while it is still fresh.
How this is written
Every post here is researched, written, and edited by me before it goes up. I am the only author for now. Where I write about something outside my own direct experience, I say so in the post rather than implying authority I have not earned. Where a claim comes from someone else's work, I link to it.
