CareerPath ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use and share it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have regarding your data.
This policy applies to all users of our website and services worldwide. Where applicable, we identify additional rights for residents of the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom (UK), California (USA), Brazil, and Canada.

We do not collect this data if you choose "Essential only." Your consent choice is stored locally in your browser and can be changed at any time (see Section 5).
We do not intentionally collect special category data as defined under GDPR Article 9 (e.g., health, biometric, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, trade union membership, genetic data, or data concerning sex life or sexual orientation). Please do not include such data in your resume or quiz responses. If you do, you consent to our processing it solely to provide the requested service and we will delete it promptly upon request.

We are based globally and our sub-processors operate primarily in the United States.
